Losing your Grip: Initial thoughts
Hey all -
I've been playing Losing your Grip and finally got round to registering it.
The registered version comes with a few goodies ("feelies" for you Infocom
folk). It all revoloves around a quit-smoking-now clinic: a newspaper
advertisement, a work-in-progress flyer, and a filled-out application to
the clinic by, presumeably, the PC.
The other good thing, of course, is the fact that there are built-in hints.
I've used them a couple of times and they seem to be pretty good at knowing
where I was in the game and what I was stuck on .
I've only gotten partway through the first 'Fit', though, so I can't really
comment on the game's plot. The writing is solid and the atmosphere is
appropriately creepy. With any luck, I'll be able to do up a proper review
later.
