Welcome to the "Water Quest"

TASK:  Go on an internet scavenger hunt to find answers to the following questions. Informative internet links are listed below.  Students who complete the search correctly can earn the coveted "Blue Whale Award."  It's not as easy as you think!  Questions will get harder as you progress through The Quest!

PROCESS:  Read each of the following questions.  Surf through the given internet links to find the correct answers, when finished click on the "back" button to return to this page. Write answers on the Data Sheet in your own words.  Don't drown on one question that may be difficult -- you can always swim another lap later.  If you are a top surfer and earn the Blue Whale Award, your teacher can print out a certificate.  (see For Teacher's Eyes Only).  Teacher note:  data sheet and certificate may need Adobe Acrobat in order to print graphics.
