We are excited about sharing information and recommendations gathered from our two years of experience planning and working with teachers in the Science and Mathematics Institute.

This web site contains:

  1. a variety of resources, including science/mathematics literature recommendations, lists of measurement tools, and classroom activities;
  2. information about designing a professional development institute for teachers who want to know more about teaching measurement, estimation, and judgment of reasonableness;
  3. ideas and suggestions for instructional adaptations to encourage the success of all populations of students; and the
